Terms of Services.

Effective Date: September 19, 2025

1. Agreement

These Terms form a legal agreement between you and Aztreya Technologies. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must not use our site or services.

2. Definitions

  • arrow_rightService means any product, software, consulting or related offering provided by Aztreya Technologies.
  • arrow_rightUser/Customer means any person or entity using or purchasing our services.

3. Services

We provide digital services including but not limited to web development, mobile app development, CRM solutions, UI/UX design and digital marketing. Details of the scope, deliverables and timelines will be agreed in separate statements of work or proposals.

4. Accounts & Credentials

If you create an account with us, you must keep your password and account details secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Orders, Quotes & Payment

  1. arrow_right All orders are subject to acceptance by Aztreya Technologies. We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
  2. arrow_right Prices are set out in quotes or invoices. Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and duties.
  3. arrow_right Payment terms will be defined in the proposal or invoice. Late payments may incur interest or service suspension.

6. Delivery, Shipping, Cancellation & Refunds

Shipping & Delivery: Our app is not providing any shipping, because we are providing the Apps (digital goods). All services and products are delivered digitally upon purchase or subscription activation.

Refunds: Option A (No Refunds): Due to the digital nature of our app and the immediate access to features, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription is activated. We encourage users to try our Free Tier/Trial before upgrading.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Aztreya Technologies retains ownership of all pre-existing intellectual property, tools, libraries and methodologies. Upon full payment, we grant the customer a license to use deliverables as agreed in the contract.

8. Confidentiality

Each party shall keep confidential information of the other party secure and not disclose it except where required by law. Confidential information does not include information which is public or independently developed.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you provide personal data to us, you consent to such processing for the purposes of providing the services. For detailed information please refer to our Privacy Policy linked on the website.

10. Warranties & Disclaimers

We will provide services with reasonable skill and care. Other than that, services are provided "as is" and we disclaim all other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aztreya Technologies' total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aztreya Technologies and its officers, employees and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the services.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate services as provided in the relevant contract. Upon termination, any outstanding charges become immediately payable and we may suspend access to services and deliverables until payment.

14. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, internet outages, government actions).

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cochin (Kochi), Kerala, India, unless otherwise agreed in writing or referred to arbitration as per a separate agreement.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new "Effective Date". Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
